Spring Guided Forest Therapy Walk at Umbagong District Park Sunday 10th November 10:00am-12:00pm

Join us for a rejuvenating and immersive experience in the heart of nature at Umbagong District Park in Latham ACT, Australia. Our guided forest therapy walk offers a unique opportunity to connect with the natural world and find inner peace.

During this event, you’ll have the chance to explore the lush greenery, breathe the fresh air and soak up the serene surroundings. Through a series of mindfulness activities and exercises you’ll learn to fully engage all your senses and appreciate the beauty of this place. This therapeutic walk is designed to lower stress, improve wellbeing and promote a sense of tranquility.

I am a qualified Forest Therapy guide with the International Nature & Forest Therapy Alliance (INFTA)

This 2 hour guided walk is suitable for adults and children >16 years. 

The guided walk is mainly on formed paths and crosses the Ginninderra Creek on large stepping stones.
